  • Is a Celebrant Ceremony religious?

A celebrant service can and will focus on the value and priorities of the client so that your ceremony is a personalized and unique one. No two are the same. I am committed to honoring your individuality. If you want to include specific prayers I will honor that and any other/all beliefs that you value.

  • When should I book a Celebrant?

You should begin your celebrant search once you have finalized your wedding date with a confirmed venue. Celebrants get booked quickly and weekends are primetime spots. The sooner the better. The more time I have in getting to know you, your values and your personality the more collaboration we can include into the ceremony.

  • How much does a Celebrant cost?

It varies from celebrant to celebrant. There is no set schedule of fees, but most celebrants charge approximately between $300 and $850 for their services depending on the requirements. I spend a lot of time getting to know you and I listen intently to you about your wants and how you describe things like your partner, your future. I have a keen ear for people’s words and expressions. I will research poems, readings and prayers. I will offer suggestions for rituals, perhaps a ring blessing would be suitable or a hand fasting celebration during your ceremony. I write and rewrite your ceremony from beginning to end and I will be apart of your rehearsal process if you decide to have one.
A lot of time and detail goes into creating your most perfect day.
